For cricket specifically: PSL matches completed under the DLS method are settled on the official DLS result. Matches abandoned without a ball bowled are voided. Matches where a result is achieved via any officially recognised method — including Super Over — are settled on that result.
The bet388 Live Casino and slots sections are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. All game outcomes in the slots and table games sections are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems.
Live Casino outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in real time, streamed via HD video to your device. bet388 is not responsible for connection interruptions on the player's end during a Live Casino session, though any confirmed hands or rounds in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled based on the outcome of that round once the dealer completes the hand.
